Tucson Kidney Early Evaluation Program (KEEP): June 16th

The National Kidney Foundation of Arizona, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Lincoln Gives and Tucson Indian Center will be hosting the Kidney Early Evaluation Program (KEEP) on Saturday, June 16, 2012 at El Pueblo Neighborhood Center. KEEP is a kidney health screening for early detection of chronic kidney disease in individuals with diabetes, high blood pressure or have a family member with either conditions.

FREE labs include:
– Height/Weight/Blood Pressure

– Blood Draw

– Glucose Testing

– Urinalysis

– Clinical Consultation

These lab tests normally cost over $500.00 but available for FREE through KEEP. Please post and share the attached flyer with clients, community members or those that will benefit from this screening.
