Job Posting: Project Director

Amistades is currently looking for a full-time Project Director to manage a new, three-year Latino and Pascua Yaqui family engagement family strengthening project, funded by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation.

Job Summary: The Project Director will utilize the approved work plan, timetable, and the project phases as a road map to implement the project. The Project Director will be responsible for planning, staffing, staff development, coordinating, and implementing the project. This position will oversee the parent education, family support, and early childhood development services staff, interns and volunteers. This position may temporarily perform duties of other service staff of the project as needed. Candidates should have working knowledge of the social services system and project management with a specific focus in family support services. Knowledge of early childhood development is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently, with limited supervision, are essential.
