Adolescent Health-Professional Development Conference

Purpose: The purpose of the two-day training is to provide professional development to teen pregnancy prevention Program Coordinators and Health Educators, Home Visitors and CPS Case Managers in addressing adolescent health risks in-school and community-based settings. During this conference participants will develop their leadership and group facilitation skills through opportunities to see and hear community leaders discuss approaches and material needed to effectively deliver programs and services. This conference will provide resources and developmental experiences that support opportunities to obtain new skills and knowledge. Participants will be better prepared to serve in their role as they return to their communities after the conference.

When: July 22-23, 2014

Where: Desert Willow Conference Center (4340 E. Cotton Center Blvd, Phoenix, AZ)
