Speak Up for Women’s and Children’s Health

At the Bureau of Women’s and Children’s Health (BWCH) we are working on our 5-year Needs Assessment for the Maternal and Child Health Title V Block Grant. For the needs assessment we are gathering data regarding the health and well-being of women and children throughout Arizona. We need the community voice and perspective to gather relevant data.

As part of the process, BWCH created a survey to gather the opinions of what our priorities should be, what we’re doing well, and where we can use some improvement.

To learn more about the survey, please take a few minutes to view our video blog, where Mary Ellen Cunningham, the Chief of the Bureau of Women’s and Children’s Health, provides more information about the purpose of the needs assessment and the survey: http://publichealthblog.azdhs.gov/video-blog-title-v/
