New AzEIP Contracts in Regions 8, 12 and 15

Effective December 1, 2014, DES awarded contacts to Dynamite Therapy for AzEIP Team-based Early Intervention services, replacing Easter Seals Blake Foundation for children referred to and/or eligible for AzEIP and their families in the following regions:

  • Region 8: West Pinal and Southeast Maricopa, joining Rise Early Intervention Services and Arizona Cooperative Therapies
  • Region 12: Northeast Pima, joining Child and Family Resources
  • Region 15: Graham, Greenlee and Cochise

The transfer process for the families served by Easter Seals Blake Foundation is underway and the new providers will be contacting the families. All children in the initial planning process, and those with an IFSP in Regions 12 and 15 are being transferred to Dynamite Therapy, and team members from Dynamite will be contacting the families to initiate services under their organization. In Regions 8 and 9, all children in the initial planning process, and those with an IFSP were reassigned/transferred as of November 28, 2014, where the new teams will contact families to initiate services under their organization.
