Arizona Gives Day- United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona

Arizona Gives Day | United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona

Arizona Gives Day, an annual statewide movement now in its 3rd year to celebrate and increase philanthropy in Arizona through online giving, is just around the corner on Tuesday, April 7th.

Arizona Gives Day is an easy and secure way to join thousands of Arizonans in supporting your favorite local nonprofits, including United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona. There are a handful of ways that your dollars could be doubled, tripled or more. For example, United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona’s goal is to receive 50 donations of at least $100 between 6 and 7am on April 7th, this will earn them an extra $5,000!

Support of United Way through Arizona Gives Day will strengthen their work in Pima County that is breaking the cycle of poverty and providing opportunity for children and families to build a better future for themselves and our community as a whole.

You can also help by sharing this giving opportunity with your personal and professional networks, including friends, family and coworkers. People are more likely to give to causes supported by friends and family members. Tell them #WhyIGiveAZ.  With your help, UWTSA can reach an entirely new pool of supporters. One easy way you can do this is by sharing one of UWTSA’s Twitter or Facebook posts with your online networks.
