Title: Administrative Coordinator
Dept/Program: Strong Communities/Community Services
Reports to: Community Services Manager
Status: Full-time, Exempt
The primary purpose of this position is administrative coordination. This includes coordinating program referrals, ensuring chart compliance, processing claims, submitting billing, training staff in documentation requirements, measuring performance and outcomes, establishing and maintaining effective policies and procedures, ensuring data management systems meet program and staff needs, and responding to program audits and site visits. The Strong Communities division of Our Family includes supportive and prevention services to elders, clinical services, Information & Referral, and The Center for Community Dialogue. The Community Services department provides support, education, training, resources, and activities to individuals, families, and groups throughout our community.
